Orlando Villa Mags Den, Florida Our beautiful 4 Bedroom Villa with 3 bathrooms, Pool & Games Room, Close to Theme Parks, Walt Disney World & Golf Courses
Close to I4 and 192 and local shops & restaurants. Is a 4 bedroom home, with Two Double ensuite rooms a Twin room and a triple room with a shared family bathroom. The house includes and spacious lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Cable TV. The

home includes WiFi, and a games console. The Large Kitchen & dining is both light and spacious, comfortably seating 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a separate Laundry Room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron

The garage is converted into a fun Games room with its own A/C and includes table football, Basket Ball Net, and Pool Table. Outside there is a good size pool, which is facing east. Its gets the sun for the majority of the day. The Pool area has plenty of space to swim or relax on the deck. The pool area & pool can bit lit up at night to enjoy its all day long. Its covered with a Lanai. This home supplies all bed linen and towels. Situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, and other Major Theme Parks. Just off the Highway 27 close to Champions Gate and just a few miles or so from I4 and 192 (16 miles to the Magic Kingdom car park)

Plenty of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Great if you have a love of the outdoors just 15 minutes from lake Louisa a state park, with bike riding and plenty of outdoor activities. If you love golf we are just minutes from various golf courses including Champions Gate.

We have just returned after staying at Mags Den for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it! It truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa was well-equipped, clean, and cozy, with plenty of space for everyone.

The location was great, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. After long days at the Disney and Universal parks, coming back to the villa and enjoying the pool was a real treat. It had sun most of the day, which made it was perfect for lounging and unwinding.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

My Review- The Hughes Family

We arrived at Mags Villa on Christmas Day 2024. We were a little concerned about nothing being open as a late arrival but we were met with some lovely essentials to get us started. The Christmas tree was also put up for us too.
The villa is absolutely immaculate, light and airy with plenty of room for everyone.
All areas are well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our booking process was smooth from start to finish and Caroline responded almost immediately to the numerous questions I had.
The pool area was not overlooked and plenty of furniture to relax on.
I feel the owners went above and beyond for our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
