We could not be more proud of our founder, Louis Wren. Lou’s integrity, honestly, and fair play was seen by all in both his business and personal life. Generous of spirit, steady leadership, and knowledgeable insight of the world around him. We will continue in the manner which he started, and strive for excellence.

Lou will be greatly missed, but his lessons and foundation continue on.

Lou Wren was a cherished member of the Riverdale community for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to those around him. To honor Mr. Wren, Mayor Heddlesten has proclaimed that today, July 13, 2024, is recognized as Louis Christopher Wren Day

Deadline: June 30, 2023!

For our fellow Iowa residents:
Iowa has a few days left to register for a new 65+ Homestead Property Tax Exemption. Sign up with your county assessor's office, in person with an ID or call the individual office for help. Several of our office staff did them by phone/email, so no office visit was required.

Also, remember to check on your homestead and military exemptions which can help you keep your property taxes as low as possible.
