The best Florida memories aren't always made inside the parks…
They're the morning swims before everyone else wakes up.
The family BBQs by the pool.
The fiercely competitive games of air hockey.
The kids discovering their Disney bedroom.
And finally putting your feet up after walking around the parks all day!
Our Tuscan Ridge villa in Davenport gives families their own little home in the Florida sunshine — with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool & spa and games room.

⚠️ TOWING WARNING – CHAMPIONSGATE AREA ⚠️
We’ve had two recent reports of vehicles being targeted for towing from villa driveways because they were slightly overhanging the sidewalk — including inside gated communities!

In both cases, the tow operator had taken photos and demanded $75 to release the vehicle before towing. One guest was told it would have been $350 if the vehicle had been taken away.

🚨 PLEASE WARN YOUR GUESTS!
When parking on the driveway:
✅ Park as close to the garage as possible
✅ Make sure NO part of the vehicle overhangs the sidewalk
✅ Double-check larger SUVs in particular

If you’re overhanging the sidewalk, they may legally be able to tow — don’t give them the opportunity!
So far, we know this is happening in the ChampionsGate area, but it may be happening elsewhere too.

Please share with owners, managers and guests. 🚗🏠
