Congratulations to my buyers on going under agreement on their very first home! 🏡🎉

I met this gentleman through a referral. He wanted to move back to Florida from Maryland to be closer to his mom, but first needed to wait for a job transfer approval. He started the process back in October 2025, and after months of waiting, he finally received the great news! He officially transferred and moved back to Florida in with his mom on May 20th. 🙌

We immediately started searching for homes, focusing on older properties at first. However, we quickly ran into challenges with budget and accessibility needs. Since his mother-in-law is in a wheelchair, it was extremely important to find a home with wider doorways and handicap accessibility — something many older homes simply didn’t offer.

That’s when I suggested we meet with my friend Danielle at Lennar Homes to explore new construction options… and BOOM 💥 — we found the perfect home! A beautiful new construction home that checks all the boxes and will be ready at the end of June.
