🎉 Congratulations to my client on getting her condo rented! 🏡🔑

I have known this client for many years and have had the pleasure of helping her rent this unit in the past. This time around, it’s been quite a journey!

Due to significant foundation issues, the condo community underwent extensive repairs, including raising the units to replace the foundations. This meant the previous tenants had to vacate, and we had to wait several months for the work to be completed before we could show or rent the property again.

Well, the wait is finally over! 🙌 We were able to get the condo rented fairly quickly and found a great new tenant. Sometimes, real estate requires a little extra patience, but seeing everything come together makes it all worthwhile! ❤️
