An epic new addition is coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. For the first time ever, fly deep into the wilds of the Forbidden Forest, beyond the grounds of Hogwarts™ castle. As you twist past towering trees, magical creatures and wondrous surprises surround you. One misstep could drop you into an endless pit of Devil’s Snare, or put you in the sights of a centaur’s bow. Anything can happen here.

With Hagrid™ as your guide, an all-new adventure is taking off as you board magical motorbikes to fly far into the dark forest. Hurl past impossible obstacles and dodge fierce beasts you’ve never seen before on a freewheeling coaster flight that will bring you close to some of the wizarding world’s rarest magical creatures.

A Message From Universal Orlando Resort™.

Universal Orlando Resort™ has made the following operational decisions due to Hurricane Irma:

Our destination will close at 7pm on Saturday, Sept. 9. We will be fully closed on Sunday and Monday. We anticipate normal operating hours on Tuesday, Sept. 12.

Our on-site hotels are currently at full capacity and will remain operational as they focus on taking care of our on-site guests.

We will hold our Rock the Universe™ event at Universal Studios Florida™ tonight, Friday Sept. 8 and will welcome Saturday ticket-holders tonight as well. The event will be cancelled on Saturday night and Sunday morning.

So happy that the family enjoyed their vacation -

We stayed here for a family holiday with two girls aged 10 and 7. The villa is lovely, spacious and comfortably furnished, and is well located. There is a supermarket and several nice places to eat within a two minute drive, and the parks are within 15 minutes drive. The pool is great, with a nice outside dining area, and the games room in the garage is a nice touch. The owners were very helpful, and when there was a problem with the wifi it was sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend this as a great base for an Orlando holiday.

Great places to see the Disney Fireworks -
IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot

We found that the best place was the

Mitsukoshi Department Store
In the Japan Pavilion, the 2-story Mitsukoshi Department Store makes for a perfect view above the heads of guests. On the 2nd story balcony around the outside of the store, guests who are early enough can scope out a great spot, providing one of the more unique views of IllumiNations. While it’s another difficult one to get, it’s well worth your patience.

Followed closely by -

Italy Pavilion
While it can sometimes be used for private dessert parties, if it happens to be free, the Italy Pavilion provides a beautiful view across the World Showcase Lagoon. Standing close to the waterfront, the fireworks soar high above the gondolas in front of you, giving you a wonderfully themed view.

Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at Hollywood Studios
10 – Echo Lake

While it’s not the most popular spot to view fireworks at Hollywood Studios, Echo Lake is a little less busy, giving guests that little bit of breathing room that can make all the difference in the world. When it comes to watching fireworks, no one wants to feel crammed into a tight space where they can’t move. Echo Lake gives guests that space to relax and enjoy the show.

What a lovely stay in this villa. Well equiped and comfortable, plus in the perfect location for visiting the Orlando attractions. The villa was just as described, aside from the pool, which I thought was actually bigger than the photos portray. The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa, and will be returning there again on our next trip to Orlando
