PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE OWNERSHIP OF PARK PLACE HAS CONTRACTED TO HAVE CONCRETE REPAIRS DONE ON THE MAIN DRIVE JUST PAST THE MAILBOXES. WHILE THE WORK IS GOING ON THE MAIN DRIVE WILL BE SHUT DOWN IN THIS AREA. IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY BEYOND THIS POINT, WE ASK THAT YOU USE THE 2ND ENTRANCE INTO PARK PLACE (BY BUILDING BB) AND GO AROUND THE GARAGES BY W, X, Y AND Z. WORK WILL BEGIN ON THURSDAY JUNE 20TH AND THE AREA WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED. HACKETT CONSTRUCTION HAS ESTIMATED THAT IT WILL BE A COUPLE OF DAYS. Candidate must enjoy and be proficient at painting as it is 80% of the job (experience required), also needs experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic repairs. Apartment Maintenance or Construction background experience preferred. Candidate must be able to take instruction and be a team player. Must live within 20 minutes of property. Criminal Backgrounds check are performed prior to offering job. Some on call required.
