Pilates and Plunge!

Stepped out of my comfort zone tonight and tried my first cold plunge! 🥶😂

Huge shoutout to Soulfire for hosting an outdoor Pilates class and open house. We got to experience Pilates, red light therapy sauna, and a very cold but surprisingly exhilarating plunge.

I love supporting local businesses, and even more than that, I love spending time with my girls. ❤️ Thanks, Megan Ollar, for inviting me along for a fun night.

LeClaire and the surrounding area have so many great local businesses doing amazing things, and SoulFire is definitely one worth checking out!
