Planning a Disney trip with another family? Consider sharing a vacation home instead of booking separate hotel rooms.

Our home is spacious enough for two families to vacation together while still giving everyone the room they need.

You can split the cost of the home, give the kids built-in vacation friends, and have plenty of space for everyone to spread out after a long day at the parks.

Because after a full day at Disney, the last thing most families want is to come back to a small hotel room with everyone sharing the same space.

Here, you can come home, make dinner, relax in the living room, let the kids unwind, and actually have room to breathe. Everyone can enjoy the trip together without feeling like you have to spend every minute together.

It can be a great way for cousins, grandparents, friends, or two families to make a Disney vacation more comfortable while sharing the cost of a larger home.

Located about 15 minutes from Disney, our home gives you the space to enjoy your vacation both inside and outside the parks.

If you have another family you’ve been talking about taking a Disney trip with, this might be the perfect setup for you.

Halloween at Disney is coming, and it’s one of the best times of year to visit!

From spooky decorations and fall treats to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, there’s so much Halloween magic happening at Walt Disney World.

And if you’re planning a family trip, don’t forget about where you stay. Our family-friendly vacation home in ChampionsGate is only about 15 minutes from Disney, giving you all the magic without paying Disney resort prices.

More space for the family
Often much cheaper than staying on Disney property
Resort-style community amenities
Perfect for families
Close to Disney, dining, shopping and more

Why pay more for a smaller hotel room when you can have an entire home to come back to after a day at the parks?

Make this Halloween one your family remembers!

DISNEY TRIP PLANNING? SAVE THIS ONE.

If you’re planning a Florida vacation with the kids, I think we just found your home base.

Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse in ChampionsGate sleeps up to 10 guests and gives you something a hotel simply can’t:

Your own private screened-in pool
FREE access to the ChampionsGate resort waterpark
Water slides + lazy river
Approximately 18 minutes to Disney World
4 bedrooms / 6 beds
3 full bathrooms
Full kitchen
Washer & dryer
BBQ grill
Smart TVs throughout

And here’s the best part…

You don’t have to spend every day at the parks.

Take a Disney day → come home → throw the kids in the pool → grill dinner → relax.

Or take a zero-park day and spend it at the resort.

That’s exactly why we wanted a vacation home instead of another boring hotel room.

We’re currently welcoming our first guests after our remodeling and have some great opening dates available.

If you’re planning Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland or just a Florida getaway, send me a message!.
