Fall is here...at least from the real estate mindset. September results showed longer days on market, vs. pre-teen levels in past three months, and sales prices dipped vs. last month's $1MM median price sold. And for the encouraging stuff - Inventory remains at solid levels and homes are going under contract at good rates!
