The Davidson housing market has started off the year a bit slow, like many others. Inventory is in good shape, but houses sitting longer and contract volume is lighter than 2025. Expectations are things will turn around once the season fires up.

In Davidson, September home sale volume dipped and DOM remains inflated as Buyers continue to scrutinize purchases. But, prices are generally holding and inventory remains consistent YTD.
