Lake Norman Market Update!

1) New listings were up slightly in July, but pending sales fell 14.4% and closed sales dropped 20.3%, compared with July 2025.

2) July median home sales price jumped 29.5% to $700,000, while the average sales price increased 37.2% to $1.07M.

3) Inventory increased from 4.6 to 5.0 months of supply, average days on market increased to 58 days, and sellers received 94% of their original list price - indicating continued pricing strength despite slower sales activity.
