➜ The median age for a is 57, nearly 29% of agents are 65 or OLDER 🤯 (I just turned 41 last week)

➜ Most agents are struggling right now because they are not offering enough value and are not rooted deeply enough in their own local market and !

➜ 10 years ago today I was sitting in 'real estate school' today our team has passed 10,000 sales year to date! (that's with 97 days left in 2025)

➜ Align with the right people AND do the work and there are no limited to what anyone in can achieve

In 2024, 71% of ACTIVE real estate agents sold ZERO homes.

March 2025 was the first month ever my team sold over 1,000 in a single month. In full transparency, I only share the homes that I got paid on. (Proud to say we have so many ICON and CAPPED agents!!)

If you think is a challenge, with the new US buyer laws, politics and all coming in... think again!

New challenges always create new opportunity and having a wonderful achilles surgery to start July and take the month basically off resulted in US selling 647 homes... in July 2024 alone!

In honesty at we have so many ICON and CAPPED agents with us, that the real number would be well over 750 homes but I only want to quote the homes I got paid on 😀

This is the best time the industry has ever known, it is time to put your foot down on the accelerator...

For everyone involved I am PROUD of you all and I am just a phone call away!

Do NOT sell the dream if you cannot back it up and bring people alongside you for the ride.

Watching from afar the success and the incredible speakers and content from the first ever two day conference has blown me away...

The feedback has been overwhelming and everyone in attendance and especially everyone who was sharing the success behind their own success on stage openly with everyone who came, very very well done, you should be very proud!
