And every once in a while, you get both. ✨

305 Charles Hall Rd officially settled today, and this one was such a special experience from start to finish. From the moment it hit the market, the response was incredible — a packed open house, nonstop interest, and ultimately an over-asking sale for these wonderful sellers.

But what made this one even more meaningful was getting to help them not once… but twice. Just a few weeks ago, we celebrated the purchase of their stunning waterfront home in Annapolis, and today we closed the chapter on this gorgeous home together.
