Zachary was born and raised in New York City, where, as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he established a strong work ethic as well as the competitive desire to

succeed. He moved to Miami in 2012, and he sees the North Miami Beach and Aventura areas as diamonds in the rough, always changing and improving.

Laser-focused on the market to help people find their dream home, Zachary finds it thrilling to be a part of what may be the most important decision in a client’s life. His professional experience makes it easier for him to deal with nonstop pressure and think on his feet, cheerfully relieving his clients of worries while keeping them informed of all aspects of the deal. Fluent in Spanish and English, he’s a communicator his clients can trust.

In his spare time, Zachary volunteers weekly at local soup kitchens to cook meals for families who can’t afford a healthy meal. He still enjoys cooking — and, by the way, buyers should know that he is a kitchen layout expert.

If you’re thinking you want to sell, but you have NO IDEA where you would go (especially if your home sells quickly), then please read this post!

Having a place to go is important, but it shouldn’t keep you from forging ahead and making a move that’s right for you.

Here’s the thing: Selling your home isn’t about the details of selling. It’s about you keeping the big picture in mind long after you’ve left the closing table. And that is you in an amazing new home that fits your needs, wants, and lifestyle for the next chapter of your life.

And while you may need a plan for temporary housing (think friends with a spare room, family with a basement, a house-sitting gig, or a leaseback with your buyers), the real estate stars may align, as they often do, allowing you to sell and buy within days of one another. Plus, there are a few things we can do to simplify the process of buying and selling simultaneously.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but, not all home improvements are going to help you build equity in your home.

By all means, put your own touch on your home. You've worked hard to get where you are and should make it your own! Just know that not all improvements are going to add value. While a doggie door is SO convenient and a front yard fountain is 100% calming, things like a new HVAC, updated appliances, or a replacement roof are always going to be more reliable investments that boost your home's bottom line.

Imagine how amazing it would feel to finally pull together a plan to invest in real estate. If this sounds like something that sparks joy for you, then imagine no more because I can make this a reality! Plus, there’s no time like the present to get started!

Here’s one of the easiest ways to start your investment journey:

👉Step 1: Buy a house, condo, or townhome in an up-and-coming or in-demand neighborhood or school district. (PS - I can help!)
👉 Step 2: Move in, and live life! As you do, get the home looking better than it did when you bought it by making small cosmetic changes.
👉Step 3: After a year or two, buy a new home, and rent out the first one. (Two years is better than one since you’ll be able to avoid capital gains taxes if you live in the home for at least two years.)
👉Step 4: Wash, rinse, and repeat!

By living in a house before renting it out, you can finance it as a residence, which will land you far better terms on a loan.

You find a home in your dream neighborhood, but it’s a foreclosure. Now what? No worries, I’ve got you!

1. The first step to buying ANY home is getting pre-approved for a loan. If you haven’t already, start here.
2. Link up with an agent who understands foreclosures. Heads up - that’s me!
3. Make a competitive offer.
4. Expect difficulties in the due diligence period. Since most foreclosures are sold “AS IS,” be prepared for surprises after you go under contract. Know your deal breakers ahead of time and be smart about what repairs you can take on.
5. Consider a renovation loan like a 203(k). If you're buying a fixer-upper, this type of loan can help you finance any repair costs.
