The fence on the North side of the property was nicely put back up. It does not fence in the drainage areas of University Parc just north of the fence on the north side of the property. Remember those drainage areas are considered part of University Parc. In case there is ever enough money to make the drainage underneath an expanded parking lot to the north. We have drainage on two other sides of the community on the other side of the fence. But those other sides have two rows of parking. Things to think about.
