Thank you Chris for your review: I was very fortunate to first meet Elaine in Miami when I had relocated there and was looking to purchase a property. I immediately felt comfortable with her as a realtor and a profesional. We spent a lot of time together and she was always looking out for my best interests. Her knowledge of the market was invaluable and I found her to be very efficient, punctual ( a bit of a rarity in that business) and understanding of what I was looking for and we ended up seeing only properties that I was keenly interested in. I also developed a tremendous respect for her opinion and frequently would ask for it. I ended up doing several transactions with her over about 8 years including rentals of properties I owned. She actually inspired me to get my real estate license although it was never going to be a career for me and I ended up working for her part-time. She does what she says she will do and is easily available to me. I am in contact with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I will never use anyone else.
