Closing number two today, and I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter way to end the day. ❤️

About a year ago, I met the family who called 2720 S. St. Louis home. They weren’t quite ready to buy their next house, so we stayed in touch. When the time came, I was their first call.

We found the home they wanted, moved quickly, and closed on it about 30 days ago. Their first home went under contract almost as soon as we listed it, but those buyers got cold feet. We talked through the next step, adjusted the price, and went back on the market. Before long, the right buyers came along.

Today, the sale is signed, sealed, and delivered. My sellers are settled into their new home just in time for fall. 🍂

This little house is where they grew their family. Now a new young family gets to make memories of their own behind that red door. I’m so grateful they trusted me with both chapters of their story. ❤️

Started the day at Waco Title celebrating closing #1 with these two precious people! 🏡🔑 A huge thank you to Leanna Thornton for being willing to jump in and close us this morning, even though Stewart Title was the actual title company due to this being a relocation transaction.

Their home-buying journey actually started with a different agent, but somewhere along the way, they realized it just wasn’t the right fit for what they needed from their Realtor.

Enter me. ❤️

We connected after they reached out about one of my own listings, and over the next 10–14 days of looking at homes together, we were able to really narrow down what mattered most to them. Through that process, it became pretty clear that a newer home was what they really needed—and then we found 3108 Nellie Mae.

It checked the boxes, they knew it was the one, and we moved quickly. Fifteen days from contract to closing, and today they officially purchased their first home together! 🥹

Huge shoutout to Kasey Cowger at Pinnacle Bank for coming in clutch on the lending side and helping us get this one across the finish line. We were all together at the closing table this morning, and now my buyers are happily off to settle into their new home.

And this story isn’t quite finished yet…

TWO closings today, and two very different roads to the closing table. 🏡🔑

First up: 2502 S Empire.

This one decided to take the scenic route. 😂 It took patience, strategy, some good negotiating and the right contractors to get us where we needed to be—but once we had an acceptable offer, we stayed the course and made it to closing on schedule.

Through the entire process, my sellers trusted me to advise them, handle the problems as they came and keep moving us toward the finish line. I’m incredibly thankful for that trust—and even more thankful that this is now the second property they’ve trusted me to sell for them. ❤️

And then there are these two. 🥹

My sweet buyers officially got the keys to their very first home today—a brand-new Schuber Mitchell home in the Everglades community!

When we first met, they weren’t even completely sure what they wanted. We talked through their options, looked at what made sense for them, and just two weeks later, they decided new construction was the answer. We made the appointment, chose their home and got it under contract.

Thirty days later, they’re homeowners. 🔑🏡

I say all the time that every transaction has its own storyline. Some require a little more patience and persistence. Others come together almost exactly the way you hoped they would.

Either way, getting to be trusted with such a big chapter in someone’s life never gets old.

Two closings. Two happy endings. One very grateful Realtor. ❤️
