Hootenanny at Cross Bar Offroad Park Oct 31 - Nov 1, 2025!!!

First and foremost we want to say THANK YOU to all our fans. From the bottom of our hearts we are grateful for the thousands of people who have supported our Hoedown and Hootenanny events since day one. So many of you have been with us since the beginning and NONE of this would even be possible without your love and support. You are the reason we keep going. Thank you!
I want to say sorry for the delay in announcing this year’s Hootenanny. Many of you know, SXSUSA is a full time offroad service and repair company with a full time staff. Not to mention, my other business LaserWolf FX has been going strong for nearly 20 years with a full time team of its own and our lighting company Alien Lasers is also running at full speed. These 3 businesses are our passion and our responsibility, and taking care of our customers will always be our top priority.
NOW LETS TALK HOOTENANNY....
When we started the Hoedown and Hootenanny back in 2023, it was simply because we love this sport and we love this SXS community. But the truth is these events take a huge effort and a huge toll on my team... if you do them like we do... BIG.
We are on site for an entire week before the event prepping and setting up. We work the event, and then we spend days afterward tearing down and cleaning up the park and all our gear. On top of that we spend at least a week going over and repairing all the gear back at the shop. Each event takes nearly three weeks away from our normal daily operations. We knew this going in but over time it has taken a toll on our businesses.
Because of this we are making some adjustments to this years Hootenanny. Additionally, we are focusing NOW on the spring Hoedown 2026, which will be the biggest SXSUSA event yet.
SO what's going down with this years Hootenanny?
• Concerts at Rockface Friday and Saturday night
• Rock bounty race under the lights Saturday night
• Drag strip prepped Friday for grudge racing (no official drag race this year)
• No mud bounty race this year
• Food trucks and vendors, just on a smaller scale.
• A MASSIVE laser show, DJs and even a drive-in movie at Rockface
• Costume contest Friday night
• Trunk or Treat at Rockface Friday night for the kids.
We also want to be real with you... finding the right date has been TOUGH. Other UTV events have landed on the weekend we normally hold the Hootenanny and theres just SO MANY SXS events now... Its tough. We’ve chosen October 31 and November 1 to make sure we can still throw down without conflicting other events.
This year’s Hootenanny may be scaled back a little but it’s going to be two unforgettable days with the best people in the sport. And in the spring we are coming back even bigger.
