Cleo was one of the funniest people I knew. She could make you laugh till you cried with her unique way of telling stories. She had a way of saying things that would catch you completely off guard and leave everybody laughing the rest of the day. Sometimes it wasn’t even what she said — it was the look on her face, her timing, or the way only Cleo could tell a story.
She worked with me for over 20 years, but she was so much more than a coworker to me — she was family. We shared so much life together over those years. Laughter, stories, the loss of many loved ones, and all our talks we had that I will carry forever. It’s hard to imagine this world without her in it.
I loved her dearly, and I already miss her more than words can say. There
will never be another Cleo!
