Today is the start of our photo contest for fall and winter for our tenants! We had our smallest group of submissions for the Halloween photo contest since we started the contest so please participate so that we will continue these contests! The pictures may include but are not limited to holiday celebrations, get-togethers, hanging out, our holiday dinner, etc. Photo contest submissions may appear in the clubhouse on our TV or social media! Here are the rules to win a prize.

To start qualifying, you must:
1. Follow us on Instagram .circle
2. Like today’s post (11/20/2024).
3. Leave a comment stating your favorite thing about the holiday season on today’s post.

The qualifying rules for your photos!
1. The photos must be taken between 11/20/2024 and 1/5/2025 and may not have been entered in previous contests.
2. There is no photo number limit.
3. The photos must be related to Fountain Circle (either in the apartment or on the grounds anywhere).
4. They must be fall/winter related (decorations, ugly sweaters, cooking, Thanksgiving, holidays, etc.).
5. They may not include alcohol or any other drugs.
6. Diversify your photos and try to include tenants in them (don't submit only scenery photos, we want to see happy tenants!).
7. Only tenants may win!
8. When you submit your photos, only send them through email along with your full name and apartment number.
9. You may start sending in your photos whenever you want but please only send in one batch of photos per tenant! If you send extra photos afterward, they will not be included as part of your entry.
10. You have until January 5, 2025, 11:59 p.m. to turn in your photos. The winners will be announced on January 9, 2025.

First place winner will win a $150 Amazon gift card.
Second place will win a $100 Amazon gift card.
Third place will win a $75 Amazon gift card.

Happy October! Even though it doesn't feel like it (it's 100 degrees outside right now), we are settling into fall, my favorite time of the year! Hopefully, we will soon be drifting away from the hotter months and into cooler weather and the holidays. This month, we are announcing a Halloween-themed photo contest for our tenants!
