- Tell us a little about your business
Initial Point Realty. I am the managing broker-owner. I serve a diverse clientele that includes first time home buyers, families looking to upgrade, and investors seeking lucrative opportunities. My business is unique because I have built strong relationships within the community and possess a deep understanding of the local market. My commitment to exceptional service and community engagement enables me to connect clients with the right properties and resources they need while fostering lasting relationships within the community
-What has been your proudest moment as a business owner?
So far it's the amount of the support I've received and obtaining my Graduate Realtor Institute certification.
-What does being a women-owned business mean to you?
Being a woman-owned business allows me to serve as a role model for young women, inspiring the next generation to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. There's a strong sense of community among women business owners, allowing collaboration and a strong support system from other women entrepreneurs. It is important to maintain a culture of equality for women whether that be through the creation of jobs, mentorships, or volunteering. Women-owned businesses bring unique perspectives and solutions to the playing field, inspired by our distinct experiences and challenges.

Word of mouth referrals is the best support a real estate agent can receive. Others can support me by sharing my social media and attending open houses
