Charter Oaks has studio, one and two bedroom apartments from which you can select your new home. Charter Oaks is nestled in the small town of Davison, Michigan. Surrounded by a peaceful country atmosphere, the convenience of the city is only minutes away. Our apartments include all the comforts you would expect to find to benefit your lifestyle. Charter Oaks offers a swimming pool, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a basketball court, a beautifully decorated clubhouse and community gardens! Features:
