Little did they know when they began house hunting that it would result in a new hobby! Although these buyers lives are busy busy busy, their summer dream of sitting on their beautiful deck with a cool beverage watching the golfers sink their putts is now a happy reality. However, becoming artisan vintners along the way was a huge, exciting bonus! Their new home came equipped with its own Tuscan inspired wine cellar, tasting room and vintner's kitchen and they were instantly pumped to delve into the wide world of wine making! I was this many years old when I learned a new lesson: Whatever you do, Don't Lose the Pool! How do you lose a pool, you ask? Well, so did I. I learned The pool does not wander off when your back is turned (like my youngest when he was a kid EVERY time I took him shopping!) nor does it disappear like a Houdini trick. Although I was clueless on this phenomenon, the seller made sure the buyer was well versed, primed, and ready to keep an eagle eye on their new pool. No losing this pool! Thank you to my sellers for taking the time to ensure the new owners will have many years of enjoyment in their new home. Thank you, too, for allowing me to be part of the journey! Tuck those hiking boots, bug spray and trail cams in the back closet. Time to pull out the flip flops, water skis and sunscreen! It has been such a pleasure to Ride along with these two over the years! Each well thought out purchase led to a profitable sale... and each sale slowly brought them full circle: back to the water! Bubbly, funny and oh so pleasant, I have enjoyed every minute in their company! Blame this one on the kids. Her son kept "nudging" her to call on this property. Finally his persistence paid off. Flashlights in hand we explored. We came out feeling as if we just stepped into a scene from the movie Arachnophobia, but intrigue was there! Son and mom are now excitedly brainstorming ideas for their new purchase while I am still picking cobwebs out of my hair. "There is one with your name on it. We just have to find it". They stayed the course, followed the lead and allowed things to happen in due time. It was all about patience and WHOA BOY did it pay off! The RIGHT home went for sale at the RIGHT time in the RIGHT place.
