Gorgeous Homes available Now! Thank you for inquiring about our homes at Centennial Farms, Continental Estates, Davison East, and Deerfield Pines. We have a variety of homes all of which have been fully refurbished. You may view all of our available homes as well as apply online(links below). Once your application is submitted along with all the required documents and the $45 application fee our approval process is quick and takes as little as 24-48 hours to process for approval. The application, once completed, is good for all of our Parkland Ventures Communities.

You must upload the following when completing your online application so please have them ready to upload:
1. Drivers license or government issued photo ID for each adult over 18;
2. Social security card or some document with name and SS # for each adult over 18;
3. Last 2 paystubs or social security award letter or last two bank statements for income verification. If you don't have either, please contact me and we'll try to figure out what type of documents will work. We do not accept cosigners or unemployment;
4. Picture of any pets that you have. If you have an Emotional Support Animal we will provide the documentation that will need to be filled out.
All applicants must pass a criminal background check, credit check and a judgment search.
