Just finished up this one. It was out with the blue and in with the new! Lots of paint, walls, ceilings, doors, new flooring throughout, new front door, new door hardware throughout, repainted the kitchen cabinets, repainted bathroom cabinets, updated light fixture, exterior uplift, and complete overhaul on the powder room! This was already a beautiful home, just needed to brighten it up a bit!

Finished a kitchen/dining room makeover today! We took everything out and went back with custom cabinets to the ceiling, added wood ceilings, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, new walls, new lighting, paint, new hardware and new flooring. The green the homeowner chose for the cabinets had a sentimental value to her which made it even more special. With each angle and different lighting, the green was a little different shade❤️
We also had a piece of that old wallpaper we found framed and added it to the dining area. It is so light and bright in there now. Big transformation for some great people ❤️

Starting demo on a kitchen remodel. Found some great old wallpaper behind their cabinets. They have lived here 30 years and never knew it was there. Old houses 😍

Almost finished with this bathroom remodel. We were only able to extend the space a couple feet, but what a difference it made. So much brighter and user friendly. Beautiful tiled shower (there will be glass on top of the half wall ) new vanity, flooring, paint, lighting, beam, shiplap and transformed an awkward vanity area into a much needed storage space. Totally different space for these great clients ❤️

With this extreme Texas heat and dry weather, we had some settling issues with our cabinets so I decided to make some changes while things were getting worked on! Little lighter and brighter with white on top and doing open shelves ( and yes I have started decorating for fall 🍁🍁)
Oven hood sure made a big difference too! Always a work in progress!

Fun afternoon project redoing this coffee wall. It’s been awhile since I’ve done anything (busy with little man💙) I love white shiplap, but my whole house is done in it so I decided to stain this area dark 😍

More work on the little place this week. Landscaping in progress. Makes a big difference. All the borders are old brick that we dug up around this place. More of that old stuff I love to keep around ❤️

Total transformation on this little place. It was a bit scary looking before but we literally took it down to the studs and built it back. It is now a super cute 2bed 1 bath home with all new updates. I tried to keep a few original things to keep some character .. original floors in main area and some original doors. It is such a cute little place now and probably my biggest challenge to date!
