It’s Friday and it’s closing day, but today was a special kind of closing. Not that all closings aren’t special, but this one was definitely near and dear to me because I had the opportunity of working alongside Maria Blake. I recruited Maria shortly after I joined Glasshouse Realty Group, 5 years ago. We have always worked so closely together but have never had the opportunity to co-op until now. Maria, you are not just an amazing friend but an amazing realtor as well and I’m grateful that you were on the other end of this one. Thank you for an amazing co-op. Looking forward to many more together!

As if working with Maria wasn’t enough, I also was blessed with a pretty amazing buyer, Bryan. I had the pleasure of assisting Bryan in finding his forever home. Bryan was absolutely amazing to work with and very knowledgeable throughout the process. So much so, that I felt like he should get a commission as well.
