Sharing this from a post on Dayton peeps. Let’s keep our VC alive! ❤️ - Hey so Virginia city businesses are in real trouble. They need us to go shop and send our friends and family. Some aren't going to make it through the month. It breaks my heart to think of it becoming a real ghost town.
With graduation coming up go hit up the stores. Be sure to buy stuff at Grandma's Fudge. They do delivery and curbside as well. Let's not see the little guys die off. I know every time we had a community event with raffles, and auctions Grandma's Fudge always gave above and beyond. Many places up there are awesome. Roasting House makes some amazing coffee. Even roasts their own beans on a old school roaster!

Plus all the cool shops, tons of restaurants ....go get out of the house and spend money somewhere other then the big retailers this week.

If you are wondering if it is still a good time to sell or buy with the Covid 19 pandemic going on, it is! We care about our communities safety and are taking extra precautions when showing such as gloves, masks, sanitizer and making sure buyers do not touch anything in the home. Only the agent will touch all doors. Sellers- I am happy to list and accommodate with virtual Open Houses, specific dates and time to show etc. Buyers are still reaching out to see homes everyday. Buyers- it may be a good time to make an offer on that home you have been eyeballing and has been on the market longer do to the pandemic. I am here to help in any way.
