Our goal here at Garrett Homes & Renovations
is to provide affordable homes for all families,
In Dayton and the surrounding communities a nice welcoming home for our future applicants.
we buy abandoned houses throughout our neighborhoods with the sole purpose renovating them completely and giving the average working families in the community who aren’t eligible for a mortgage loan. A chance to be first time home owners no matter what minority they are. Here at Garrett Homes we believe everyone deserves a chance.
