After lots of video tours, this future medical resident family saw this one and knew it was the right fit for their family! When these future medical resident buyers pulled up to this one, they had their pup in the car and said, "Welcome to your new yard, Mooey!" Without even walking inside, they knew they'd be writing up an offer. And we did! It was an intense multiple offer situation but, with some creative ideas and finding out what the sellers needed most, we made it happen. Mooey is loving his new yard! And this is the home that was found from the previous post :) I pass by this gorgeous home all the time and have always admired it. I was pretty excited to finally see the inside.
