What are some of your holiday traditions?

I'll go first... growing up I was able to open ONE gift that was already under the tree. Santa had not visited yet, mind you, so it often turned out to be pajamas or clothes, or some other lame thing I really didn't want. That being said, the act of finally being able to rip open a present that had been sitting there tempting me for weeks was worth it!
