BWB Real Estate Management is looking for help across the board!
We are looking for experienced Maintenance workers and/or contractors who can handle electrical, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, engineering, apartment cleaning, painting, and other miscellaneous projects that may be required. We are also looking for a new Office Manager, who will serve as the focal point of general day-to-day business operations, ranging from advertising to dealing with contractors and vendors as well as interacting with our tenants.
Maintenance applicants must have their own tools or have the ability to get their own tools, as well as having their own vehicle to get to and from job sites. Applicants that are licensed and/or certified in a particular field are preferred, but not necessarily required. Applicants must also bring a professional attitude and a strong willingness to work to this position. Any Maintenance applicant can start immediately.
Office Manager applicants should have their own vehicle in case they need to go into the field as well as maintaining supplies, however large purchases for Office use can be handled by the Company. Applicants that have business and/or office experience as well as prior customer service experience are preferred, but not necessarily required. Applicants must also bring a professional attitude and a strong willingness to work to this position. We are looking to fill this position starting July 18th, 2022, but training can begin immediately.
General work hours for Maintenance are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, but applicants should be aware that work may last beyond 5:00 PM and/or need to be available on Saturdays. General work hours for Maintenance are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mondays through Fridays and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
