FYI!!! SCAM ALERT

This is a current listing on the real estate market that has a PENDING offer on it. This is NOT A RENTAL. The individual that posted it as such has stolen listing information to try and scam people out of money.

I have verified with the listing agent that this property was in fact for sale, in pending status, and is set to close. Also checked to make sure that the person who posted it wasn’t anyone connected to the property in anyway and he isn’t..

BEWARE People!! Scam!!
