Some agents are drowning in paperwork and calling it “grinding.” I’ve been in real estate for eight years and haven’t done my own paperwork once during that time.

Uploading disclosures into SkySlope, chasing signatures, babysitting title companies, and fighting compliance checklists are not dollar-productive activities. While you’re doing that, another agent is prospecting, marketing, networking, and taking listings.

One of the biggest mistakes agents make is thinking they’re saving money by doing everything themselves. They’re not. They’re trading high-income activities for administrative work that can be delegated.

I’ve had the same transaction coordinator for six years. She keeps every file organized from contract to close so I can focus on what actually grows my business:

• Prospecting • Marketing • Negotiating • Relationship Building • Selling Houses • Creating Content

Stop wearing every hat in your business. You don’t have a paperwork problem. You have a delegation problem.

At less than $500 per transaction, it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. And if you need a badass transaction coordinator in Ohio, call my girl Robyn Grooms

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡 My cousin’s 19 year old daughter, her fiancé, and their 4-month-old baby have been searching for a home for the past few months. We had one under contract that broke our hearts after the inspection, forcing us to start over.

Yesterday, everything changed. We found a home that fits their family perfectly… both in functionality and price… and we were able to get it under contract!

What impresses me most is that these two are only 19 years old. Instead of throwing their hard-earned money away on rent, they made the decision to start building equity and investing in their future as soon as possible.

I couldn’t be more excited for them. Now let’s get this one to the closing table! 🏠❤️🔑

They tell you to “be yourself” until your personality makes people uncomfortable. Until your ambition gets too loud. Until your confidence reminds them of everything they never chased.

People will judge you no matter what. So you might as well stop shrinking yourself to fit into rooms you’ve already outgrown. Be authentic. Be driven. Be different. Be unapologetically YOU.

The world doesn’t need another copy. It needs more people brave enough to stand on who they are without asking permission first.

Some of the most criticized people in the room are usually the ones bold enough to lead it. Keep going. 👊🏼💥💯

According to National Association of Realtors data, homes sold with a Realtor typically sell for roughly 15% to 18% more on average than homes sold For Sale By Owner.

Let’s use a simple example. A homeowner decides to sell their $350,000 house on their own because they want to “save” the listing commission. Sounds smart on the surface, right? But if that same home had the benefit of professional pricing strategy, maximum MLS exposure, stronger marketing, buyer competition, negotiation experience, and proper representation, there’s a very real chance that same property could have sold between roughly $402,500 and $413,000 instead.

That’s a difference of over $50,000 in many cases.

Here’s the part almost nobody talks about… the buyer’s agent usually still brings the buyer anyway. Which means many FSBO sellers still end up paying around 3% commission on the buyer side while also trying to handle showings, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, paperwork, timelines, legal risk, and emotional conversations completely on their own.

Most sellers end up paying commission anyway, while simultaneously leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the table due to lack of exposure, negotiation leverage, & experience.

Saving commission and maximizing NET profit are two completely different things. There’s a reason professional representation matters.

Everyone fails. Bad decisions, missed opportunities, setbacks, self-doubt, it’s part of growth. The difference is successful people don’t stay stuck there.

Mistakes aren’t life sentences. They’re lessons that make you stronger and wiser. Stop letting the past control your future. Learn from it, grow through it, and move forward. Your best chapters may still be ahead of you.

Just remember, looking back f**ks with your neck!👊🏼💥
