Two closings. One exciting new chapter. 🏡🔑

Today was extra special because I had the opportunity to help some longtime friends sell their home and purchase another one that better fits this season of life.

I’ve known them since high school, so being trusted to guide them through both sides of this move means a lot. Their new home puts them closer to their kids’ schools, surrounded by other families, and in a neighborhood that’s a perfect fit for the years ahead.
