Big congratulations to my buyer, Shelby Slade, on closing on her FIRST home! 🏡✨ It’s safe to say she now owns one of the cutest houses in Beavercreek, and I couldn’t be more excited for her.

This one is a great reminder that not every deal starts on the MLS 👀

My buyers found a FSBO they loved, and instead of letting that stop them, we made it happen. From first contact to getting it under contract, I stepped in to protect their interests, guide negotiations, and make sure everything was handled the right way.

FSBO doesn’t mean you have to do it alone and it definitely doesn’t mean you should.

So excited for these buyers and what’s ahead for them! 🏡

This one is pretty special to me.

My buyer is someone I actually went to high school with, and now years later I get to help her relocate her family back to Ohio from Arizona.

With four kids, finding the right house in the right location was really important, and 1004 Neri Ave in Vandalia ended up being the perfect fit for their family.
