I honestly never saw this coming.

When I got the news that I had been recognized by REAL Trends as one of the Top 30 Real Estate Agents in the Dayton, Ohio area, I was genuinely stunned.

I've never been big on chasing awards or rankings. I've simply tried to take care of my clients to the best of my ability. Every phone call answered, every late-night showing, every difficult negotiation, every inspection issue, every closing... The goal is to treat my clients the way I would want my own family to be treated. First and foremost, thank you to every client who has trusted me to help buy, sell, or invest in a home. Whether you referred me to a friend, called me back for a second transaction, or simply believed I was the right person to guide you, you made this possible.

To my incredible lending partners, title companies, inspectors, contractors, photographers, insurance agents, attorneys, fellow Realtors, and every vendor I've had the privilege of working alongside—Thank You!!! Real Estate is never a one-person job. Every successful closing is the result of an amazing team of people working together behind the scenes.

This past year has been incredibly challenging on a personal level. Losing my dad has been something I continue to navigate every day. That's why this recognition carries a little more meaning for me. It serves as a reminder that even through loss and life's challenges, it's important to pause, appreciate the journey, and be thankful for the people who helped make it possible. So, Thank You.

Let’s Rally Around Lisa Marie

Over the weekend, our friend and one of our very own, nurse Lisa Marie Stutzriem Facemire, decided to throw it back old-school and lace up some roller skates. What started as a fun trip down memory lane took an unexpected turn — Lisa suffered a serious hamstring tear after a hard fall.

As someone who spends her days caring for our hearts, she now needs us to care for her recovery. This injury has sidelined her from work, created financial strain, and she faces a long road to healing — one that includes medical bills and time off her feet.

If you know Lisa, you know her spirit is fierce, her heart is huge, and her dedication to her patients and community is unmatched. Now it’s our turn to show that same kind of care and support.
