Well, there could be a variety of reasons that are keeping buyers at bay, but one of the usual suspects is super obvious just from scrolling through the listing pics—every room is painted a bold, unique color.

Don’t get me wrong— as an interior designer I am a strong advocate for infusing your home with your personal style because I believe a home should reflect the personalities of the people who live there. BUT the hard truth is that when you put your home on the market, if you want to get top dollar, you need to position and present it in a way that is attractive to the most buyers possible.
