It is with great sadness and a heavy heart to inform you that our Founder and Chairman of the Board, Charles V. Simms, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 3, 2026 at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Ann in 2019. Our sympathies are with his children Charlie, Elizabeth, Leslie and Jennifer and their families. Our flags have been lowered in his honor. Arrangements are being made through Routsong Funeral Home.
