Discover Cannery – where six historic buildings, once home to iconic local businesses, have been transformed into industrial lofts with exposed brick, dramatic ceiling heights, and timeless character – all in Dayton’s most walkable neighborhood. Also known as the East Third Street Historic District, The Cannery sits in the heart of Dayton, in the center of a hub of technological innovation and progress. Today, our six original buildings, which once housed businesses such as Lowe Brothers Paint, Boscul Coffee, Barney & Smith Car Co., and Keogh & Rike Parchment Paper, have been combined into two buildings featuring industrial-style loft apartments above retail businesses at street level. Combined with professional on-site management and maintenance, these features make Cannery a favorite community to call home in downtown Dayton.
