There’s something special about seeing a home and it’s layout before the walls go up☺️

A pre-drywall walkthrough is a major milestone in the home-building journey! This is one of the most important steps because it gives buyers the opportunity to walk through their future home while everything behind the walls is still visible.

During this walkthrough, we inspect the framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, window placement, and any custom features to make sure everything matches the plans before drywall is installed. It’s much easier to address questions or make adjustments now than after the walls are finished.
