As this month draws to a close I’m so happy for our friend Leslie and her two boys to finally be in their new house! The road to get here was full of some crazy twists and turns, but thankfully after closing in April and getting some work done earlier this month, they are all settled in now and can exhale as the summer begins! 😅

This home is just a minute from the school they attend so the convenience level is truly off the charts! So thankful that after many months of searching, God had the perfect house waiting for them all along. I can’t wait to see how these boys keep growing in their awesome new home! Congrats Leslie! You did it!

Great time at Boonshoft Museum of Discovery this weekend for my Client Appreciation Event! I’m so thankful for the opportunity to coach this group of boys for KABC this year! The first baseball coach I ever had when I was 6 or 7 is still “Coach Jerry” to me when I see him around town, so I am extremely aware of the impact we get to have on these boys and the memories they are forming. Looking forward to a great season of fun and growth with all of them!

Congrats to Nick and Taylor on purchasing their first home today! It’s always fun when I get to work with clients who are venturing into home ownership for the first time, but it’s especially fun when it’s a brother and sister from our church family who I know are going to be using their new home as an outpost to love and serve people.

Nick and Taylor: thanks for letting me walk with you through this process, and I can’t wait to see the amazing ways this house will be used to grow you together more and more as a family!

Congrats to my buyers AND my sellers on their successful closing together! Nic and Anitra have been friends of mine forever, and I had the pleasure of meeting the Landis’s after they expressed interest in the home through word of mouth. Turns out, my wife and I knew their daughter through being Tri-State Fellowship camp counselors so many years ago. SMALL WORLD! Needless to say, we got the deal together and the rest is history. It was an honor to get to facilitate this transaction and ensure everything ran smoothly, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for both of these amazing families!

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to help my friend Mary sell her home in West Carrollton! I helped Mary and Bob move to Dayton about 8 years ago to be closer to their kids and grandkids. It was a joy getting to regularly see them at their grand babies’ birthday parties since their son-in-law and I have been best friends since high school. Sadly, we lost Bob last year and it’s been a whirlwind for Mary and her daughters ever since. Thankfully though, we were finally able to sell the house and get Mary situated in her new place!

I’m grateful to get to serve people like Mary and it was an honor getting to see her girls and their families do such an incredible job getting everything prepared to get it sold.
