That’s a wrap for May closings 🏡
Three more homes officially closed on the 29th, and this one was a first for me…
Two of my clients actually swapped houses 😅
Yes, really….they each sold their home and ended up buying each other’s. Real estate always keeps me on my toes, but this was definitely one for the books!
The third closing was a For Sale By Owner that we were able to help get to the finish line too.

May ended with 10 closings and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who trusted me through the process.

Every transaction has a story, and this month had some good ones!!!!

This one meant a little more knowing a hardworking farmer bought the property and helped preserve the ground so it can continue to be farmed, while the house will still get to serve as home for another family.
I’m always thankful for the continued trust from people in our township.

FSBO’s Under Contract
I’ve worked with several FSBO sellers and one thing I’ve learned is that these transactions can look simple on the surface, but there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes.

When one side is not represented, it makes a big difference having an agent involved who understands the contract, timelines, inspections, appraisal concerns, lender requirements, title work, and all the little details that can make or break a deal.

A lot of FSBO sellers are trying to figure it out as they go, and in many cases, they are relying heavily on the buyer’s agent to help guide the process and explain what comes next. That makes communication, experience, and doing things the right way even more important.

I’ve had these under contract for a little while, but I’m just now getting around to posting them. Grateful to be trusted to help keep things moving smoothly and get everyone one step closer to closing. 🏡
