Roosevelt Homes II is a proposed affordable housing development for families in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. The project consists of multiple lots that will include single-family homes.The 30 homes will all be four-bedrooms of which 26 will be two-story homes and four will be ranch homes. Our financing application was submitted to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency on Thursday, February 20th. We look forward to hearing positive news in May. In the meantime, if you have any questions or feedback, please let us know.
