This is 100% the right move for WE THE PEOPLE!!! I hope that everyone can get on board with a ban of large corporations buying up homes meant for American families. Next up should be a ban on foreign investors, and in my opinion, it should extend it to include commercial properties and land. A large percentage of downtown Dayton's buildings are owned by foreign investors who do not maintain property standards or pay property taxes.
