Springboro Wine & Spirits owner GB Bhatara will be building two new buildings in Springboro. Perhaps you have noticed the fencing up by his existing store.

That building will be 6,000 square feet. (Photo attached)

He will also be building a 3,000 sq. ft building on Gardner Rd. These are spec buildings and no tenants have been announced.

GB is projecting a May 2025 opening.

The Builder is Dryden builders, owned by long time Springboro residents Don & Chris Hinkel (brothers.) They have built several buildings in Springboro over the years.

Examples include…GB’s Business, they remodeled the facility where Farmers/ Merchants and Biggby Coffee is shared, Page’s Carpet & Domino’s Pizza along with the apartment housing located behind LaComedia for the actors to name a few.
