🌞 Looking for a Summer Gig? Spend your summer by the pool while earning extra cash in a fun, relaxed environment! We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and dependable Pool Monitor to help keep our community pool safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone throughout the summer season.

📅 Season: Memorial Day – Labor Day
💰 Pay: TBD
⏱ Hours: Approximately 28 hours per week

This position offers a consistent part-time summer schedule that’s perfect for students, teachers on break, or anyone looking for a seasonal job with steady hours.

⏰ Weekly Schedule

Weekdays (Monday – Friday)
🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Start the evening by vacuuming the pool and preparing the area for residents. Throughout the shift, help monitor the pool area and make sure everything stays clean, safe, and welcoming. At the end of the shift, assist with tidying the space, removing trash, and ensuring the pool area is properly closed for the night.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

☀️ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Open the pool for the day and vacuum the pool to make sure it is clean and ready for residents to enjoy.

🌙 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wrap up the day with general clean-up duties, remove trash, and help ensure the pool area is properly closed and secured.

• Monitoring the pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Helping residents follow pool rules
• Vacuuming and maintaining the pool area
• Keeping the space clean by picking up trash and organizing the area
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Being a friendly and helpful presence for residents

Our Property Assistant Manager, Cameron Mamas recently delivered holiday treats from Duck Donuts to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Dayton Ohio and Harrison Towneship Fire station 95 as a small token of appreciation for their dedication, service, and sacrifice throughout the year. 🚓🚒
