Congratulations to our very own Tom Ruff for being inducted into the Alter Atheltics hall of fame. Not only do our agents do amazing things in real estate but they have succeeded in other stages of life as well. Tom was a running back in high school where his team only lost 5 games in 4 years. Tom uses that drive to now serve his clients every single day helping buyers and sellers. Congratulations Tom! What an amazing achievement.

The Gillen Group agents joined Ryan and Brooke Gillen at their home to create vision boards. Our goal for 2027 and beyond is for our agents to dream big for their family, friends and clients. It was a blast seeing what all the agents on the team wanted to get out of life and provide for the people around them.

Opportunity is in every market! I’m not going to lie, these interest rates going up kinda sucks. Once you get over the interest rates you need to start looking at where is the opportunity. This two part series goes over where we are seeing opportunity in Southwest Ohio. Winners win in every market and the Gillen Group Ohio wants you to be a winner.
