Apartment amenities include: Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, Refrigerator with ice maker, plenty of cabinet space, W/D connections, Mini Blinds, Central Heat & Air, 2 &3 Bedrooms units include 2 FULL baths. ALL units are NON SMOKING. Pets are allowed - Must have approval from management. Additional Deposits and fees are required. Breed and weight limits apply. Pets must be spayed or neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. We Furnish Water, Sewer, and Trash removal. We also have a Laundry Room and On-site Management.


1 bedroom is $650.00 with a deposit of $650.00.
2 bedrooms are $695.00 with a deposit of $695.00.
3 bedrooms are $745.00 with a deposit of $745.00

There is a $25.00 application fee for ALL potential residents over 18. This covers the Background Check, Credit Report, S*x Offender Registry Checks, Income Verification, and Rental History Verification. Office Hours are:

We have a 1- and a 3-bedroom unit ready for Move-in. Water, Sewage, Trash Collection, and Pest Control are included in the rent. Electric is not. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

1-Bedroom/1-Bath - Second floor Entrance - $825.00
3-Bedroom/2-Bath - Ground Floor Entrance - $950.00
