Progress!

Before and after: the front yard is now smooth and the basement leak is gone. After pictures were taken during rain and before gutters installed to show worst case, where water is flowing next to house down to curb. Now it's ready for grass seed.

This may help make it through the winter storm forecasted this week. Here I replaced an electric water heater with a gas water heater, replaced the fuses with circuit breakers, and included a whole house generator power inlet. At least it mitigates some safety concerns and lowered utility bills.

Culvert pipe delivery with Tessa's car! Our excavating work seems to save the most money for the time spent, meaning there is demand to be filled; which we happen to enjoy (playing in the dirt). So we are thinking once we finish the next house, we sell it, and buy a dump truck and excavators (and sell the old backhoe)! Although this may take time as our first priority of business now is raising future workers.
