Really happy with how this deal turned out.🙂 We looked at about 20 homes and finally found the right fit. I was able to negotiate with the sellers and get 10K 💲 off the asking price!! We were also able to get the sellers to make a lot of needed repairs prior to closing. At the closing table I had the privileging of handing my clients the keys to their very first home, they were ecstatic🤩. If you ask me this is a slam dunk!
