Visiting the property in aftermath of hurricane Nicole made me admire all efforts taken by our HOA board to maintain this property.
We survived very well with little damage to our infrastructure.
We had some minor water intrusion from our windows/slider doors during 100mph winds and driving rain for which our management team took aggressive steps to dry out very quickly.
We lost small portion of beach walk, larger portion of beach ramp, and a portion of our tennis fence.
Over all I am blessed and very thankful when compared to other the devastation seen around us.
We know maintenance is a must when you live on such a beautiful stretch of beach in order to continue our enjoyable beach life, and we are on it.

Waiting for Isaias hurricane arrival Sunday night.
Full Moon is expected Monday and high tied is at 8pm Sunday night.
It can become very interesting.
