Delco Realty Group Delco Realty Group, is a local real estate company in Flagler and Volusia County. Scott and Kathy both grew up in the Holly Hill area of Voluisa County.

Scott and Kathy DeLanoy are both local real estate agents that have over 40 years of real estate & home building experience. They have been married for 41 years and have three adult children. Julie McKeown, Eric DeLanoy and Matthew DeLanoy, as well as five grandchildren. While raising their three children, Scott owned his own construction company and Kathy was a stay at home mom whom, at the same

time, handled all of the accounting, sub-contractors, employees and payroll for the construction company. Scott and Kathy were only teens when they got married and learned very quickly what "adulting" was all about. They started their life together in a tiny apartment in Holly Hill with not a dollar to their name. To say that these two have worked for every thing they have is an understatement. It wasn't until after the real estate market crashed in the early 2000's that Kathy decided to get your real estate licenses and right behind her was her husband. Scott continued to focus on his building / development company for a while, but Kathy began working for a local real estate company. While working as an agent Kathy received her office top sales award time and time again. The DeLanoy's are now working as a real estate sales duo and you wont find any two people more honest, understanding and family oriented than them.
